Challenge
Traditional LMS platforms were built for a world where curriculum was static, cohorts were lockstep and assessment was a multiple-choice quiz at the end. Modern academies coding bootcamps, executive education, vocational schools operate nothing like that.
The client wanted an OS that treats curriculum as a living artifact, assessment as a continuous conversation, and ops as an agent-orchestrated workflow.
Approach
We're building Academy Tool from scratch with agents at the core: Claude Sonnet drives curriculum design and student feedback, Vertex Gemini handles bulk parsing of submissions, and Trigger.dev runs the long-running pipelines for cohort lifecycle events.
Currently in private beta with three pilot academies. Public launch targeted for Q3 2026.
