Challenge
Dunia is a private, members-only travel and lifestyle concierge the public-facing site needed to communicate exclusivity without feeling like a wall. Most luxury sites either over-share (giving the product away) or over-gate (making membership feel like a guess). The brief was to land somewhere in between: enough story to earn the signup, enough restraint to honour the membership model.
Result
We designed and shipped the public landing page and the application-style signup flow that feeds the iOS member app. The page reads as a curated invitation: the experience, the philosophy, the kind of member Dunia exists for then a single, well-paced application form that captures the right signal for the concierge team.
Editorial landing: high-contrast photography, restrained typography, mobile-first composition.
Application-style signup: a multi-step form that feels like joining a club, not signing up for a SaaS.
Member handoff: applications route directly into the concierge team's review queue and trigger the onboarding sequence for the Dunia iOS app.
72% mobile: the entire flow is optimised for thumb-driven exploration since most applicants discover Dunia on their phone.
