Observations

The Problem

With an average of 10,000s applications received internationally each year, the manual review process is both time-consuming and prone to errors. The team of reviewers have to navigate through multiple windows and tools to capture information, select criteria, and get the right information, making the process cumbersome and inefficient. Additionally, the lack of a unified interface means that reviewers have to juggle hundreds of applications across different platforms, further complicating their workflow. This fragmented approach make it challenging to ensure that reviews are conducted properly and maintain a high quality, as there is no easy way to track the completion and quality of reviews.

Result

The introduction of Reviewly revolutionized their application review process. By providing a single, simple interface for reviewers, they were able to make the review process twice as fast. Reviewly's key features, including secure access to applications, anonymization of applications for added security and removing bias, downloadable reviewer feedback, algorithmic-based matchmaking between reviewers and applicants for proper randomization, cross-reviewer scoring to eliminate bias, a performance dashboard, and CRM integration, significantly optimized the review process.

Our primary Key Performance Indicator (KPI), the reviewing time per application, saw a remarkable improvement, demonstrating the efficiency gains achieved through Reviewly.

The journey from research, hypothesis, design and development showcased our commitment to refining Reviewly fast. The results speak volumes about our commitment to our clients to find the right solutions for what they need.
